Our volunteers and members of the local community are working collaboratively to apply three Public Accessible Defibrillator (P.A.D’s) to the Torry area of Aberdeen. This will act as a pilot scheme in which we aim to implement other P.A.D’s in key locations across Aberdeen city. Fundraising for the £6000 required to install the three devises is underway and we welcome any local business or community support. As well as implementing these devices, we plan on providing Defibrillator awareness sessions for all members of the community.
Our first planned P.A.D is now Live and Registered. This is located outside the Police Box on Victoria Rd, Torry. We have four planned Free Public Awareness sessions at the Old Torry Community Centre. Details Bellow;
